Return Policy

The Return policy offers you the option to return items purchased within 14 days of receipt. In case of returns, we will issue Credit note in your account which you could use against your next purchase from our website. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with. The products you can return are sunglass without power & only frame if purchased.

What is the Process that is followed in case of Return?
  • Email and inform us that you would like to return the product.
  • Once we have received the product, our quality assurance team would inspect the product & its condition.
  • Only in cases where, the product is in its original condition, we would issue Store Credits voucher which you could use against your next purchase.
Any Courier Service
  • Select any courier service
  • Mention our Address, same as the one on Invoice
  • Handover the product to them
  • The product would be delivered to us.
How do I return a product?
Send the product through any option which has been listed for you above. Note: Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Any damage would not be borne by the company. What If I receive a damaged or broken product? Please inform us within 48 hours if you receive the product damaged or broken by mail. We would issue a new product, if possible, the exactly same product . If its under warranty we might take matter to our supplier if he is willing to replace it we will send you back new product. Please feel free to email to us to inform and send the product back to us.
When are returns not possible
Sunglasses / Frames
  • Scratch on frame or sunglass.
  • Fake/Counterfeit product
  • Product damaged due to mishandling (product is de-shaped, visible intentional damage to the product)
  • The packing is damaged( like the mono carton(outer cover) of Ray ban is torn or damaged, the warranty card missing and other standard packaging missing)
  • The product returned after 14 days.
Cancellation is an easy step:
  • Provide us your Order ID and register the request for cancellation
  • Our team would mail you and check for the reason
  • Cancellation would be confirmed
I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do? Please mail us to cancel your return request and we will do the needful.
